Before joining Helu, Justin was on the product management team at Zions Bancorporation where he worked with bank executives on their new, digital banking platform. This platform not only served Zions Bank, but Amegy Bank, NBAZ, and others. Before this, he was an acquisition intern for a real estate private equity group, Havenpark Capital, who specialize in acquiring manufactured housing communities.
At Helu, Justin works with our team and external brokers to find and vet our multifamily acquisitions and developments. Additionally, he assists with the transaction closing, syndication, developments under construction, asset management, and our corporate marketing.
Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Strategy from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. And he is a licensed realtor in the state of Utah.
