Helu Development Breaks Ground on New Project in Idaho Falls: Pioneer Crossing

Construction is underway on a new build in Idaho Falls, ID. Under the direction of Helu Capital, Pioneer Crossing will become one this fast-growing city’s newest multi-family dwellings. Construction on this 227-unit property began in the fall of 2021 and has been quickly moving towards completion. Pre-leasing options will be opening this fall (2022), and expectations of first unit move-ins are still set for the end of 2022.

Jay Minnick, the CEO and President of Helu Development says this about the project: “We’re designing Pioneer Crossing to cater to and mirror the growth of Idaho Falls. It will be one of the first things residents see when driving into the city, and we’ve ensured that the design, look and feel all represent the city well. This beautiful apartment complex will come complete with state-of-the art amenities such as a pool, hot tub, full workout facility, fire pit, and dog park. Additionally, the apartments themselves will range from 600 square feet to 1,100 square feet, in order to accommodate different sized families as well as individual renters.

Pioneer Crossing is situated in a strategic location, close to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone National Park. It’s closer-to-home amenities include great shopping, eating, and an ever-expanding business infrastructure like an Amazon Warehouse and a Costco.

Pioneer Crossing is being developed by Helu and overseen by Helu’s Directors of Development and Construction, Jeffrey Grigg and Tyson Bowden. Helu Development is a full-service building and development company headquartered in Draper, UT
