Helu Capital Acquires a 54-unit multifamily Dwelling, Magnolia Flats, in San Antonio, Tx

San Antonio, TX - Helu Capital has recently acquired the 54-unit apartment complex, Magnolia Flats, located in the Balcones Heights area of San Antonio, Texas. This multifamily community boasts a swimming pool, dog park, and playground. Its Romeo and Juliet balconies and great location represent a wealth of potential that Helu will only unearth with their planned improvements.

Plans for a complex-wide overhaul are already underway, as Helu works to match Magnolia Flats’ living accommodations with the surrounding community amenities.
