Travis Allen

Travis has a passion for real estate, one that’s led to an extensive resume of experience and success. Prior to working with Helu, Travis worked on the property management side of real estate, managing market rate, tax credit, and lease-up properties in Utah.

Now that he’s with Helu, he primarily focuses on acquisitions and dispositions for Helu, identifying, underwriting, and procuring assets. His goal is to execute and deliver for our investors. Since joining, Travis has successfully syndicated over $100M of total acquisitions equaling over 1,000 units in the past two years.
