Prior to joining Helu, Parker spent 3 years in the e-commerce space working for Pattern, a Utah-based tech firm that helps global brands grow their online retail sales. As part of Pattern's Finance team, he worked with dozens of businesses of varying sizes to analyze, forecast, and accelerate their e-commerce business divisions. Additionally, he assisted in a variety of assignments including internal capital budgeting, capital allocation, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, and more.
This experience and success has perfectly primed Parker to lead Helu Capital’s Asset Management Team He currently oversees the $90M+ real estate portfolio, with a specific focus on maximizing returns for each project’s investor group.
Parker earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
