Jeffrey Grigg

Jeff Grigg brings a majority of his experience to Helu from sunny Southern California, where he worked as a project manager and controller for a high-end home builder. There, he managed large projects, many of which overlapped in their timeframes, all while forecasting and preparing monthly and daily accounting reports.

Since joining Helu, Jeff has helped Helu start the construction of 326 units in Idaho Falls. He is also working to close two more ground up construction deals in Texas in 2022. Both deals are under contract. Jeff also has sourced more than $20MM in equity for Helu and its real estate deals. His experience has helped Helu scale responsibly, grow quickly, and manage their projects effectively.
